NuStride Executive Coaching is a full service leadership and executive coaching company with national affiliates located strategically across Canada. With a team of highly skilled, certified coaches affiliated with us, we have the capacity to take on any challenge – from large, complex projects to one-on-one coaching. With this team, there is over one hundred years of business excellence. NuStride is led by Bill Quinn PCC, CEC, RPF (Ret). All of our affiliate coaches are certified executive coaches who have completed the Royal Roads University Program.

Bill Quinn



Bill is a successful executive and leadership coach whose clients range from young professionals to executive directors. He is a certified executive coach (CEC) through Royal Roads University and holds his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. With over thirty years in the natural resource field as a registered professional forester (RPF) Bill has provided leadership at the provincial, regional and local levels. His notable accomplishments include numerous BC Government Premier’s Awards for his teams and his work on the facilitation of the BC Government’s highly successful Conversations on Health


Jean West  PCC, ACP
Certified Executive Coach

Jean West is a Certified Executive Coach and Facilitator with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles. She has provided leadership, management, delivery and quality assurance of regional programs. Her years in the social services sector have strengthened her understanding of interpersonal dynamics, complexity and nuance and as a result she is excellent at creating strong collaborative teams internally and externally that deliver significant results. She is flexible and experienced in balancing sensitivity and honest communication while achieving positive and accountable outcomes. She excels in leading change management, workload balance, organizational culture and communication workshops and is dedicated to guiding people toward their inspiration and their passion.

Catherine Thomas

Catherine Thomas, Principal of Thomas & Associates based out of Ottawa, is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through Royal Roads University and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. With over twenty years Human Resources experience in healthcare and hi-tech sectors she chairs the annual Building Healthier Workplaces Conference. This conference focuses on improving organizational health and leadership performance. She was nominated and received the 2006 OHRPA Vision Award for this work.
